Cancellation & Subscription Policy
Refunds for Online Content
I am committed to ensuring your learning experience is positive and constructive. Subscriptions cancelled within two days will be refunded.
If the course or subscription you purchased is not what you were looking for within that timeframe, send an email to [email protected] and include:
- The email address used to open your account.
- The course and/or transaction number from your email receipt.
Learner Responsibility for Subscription Cancellations
It is the responsibility of the learner to cancel their own subscription. If a cancellation has been enacted but the learner has still been charged, it is their responsibility to immediately contact [email protected] and alert the admin team.
Upon review of evidence, a maximum of the most recent transaction may be refunded if the evidence supports the claim and admin is satisfied that it is a valid request.
Reasons for Denied Refunds
The refund policy exists to protect learners while also ensuring that content creators are safeguarded from fraud and maintaining a reasonable payment schedule.
- If all course content has been downloaded before a refund is requested, the request may be rejected.
- Learners who repeatedly purchase and refund multiple courses over an extended period may be subject to account suspension for abuse of the refund policy.
Returns and Refunds for Books and Other Merchandise
Non-digital / physical goods may only be returned if defective. Physical books cannot be returned or refunded.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when received.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected, and we will notify you upon receipt. You will be informed of the refund status immediately after inspection.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via the original payment method. Refund processing times depend on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping Costs
- The learner is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Event and Live Tuition Cancellation
‘Event and Live Tuition’ includes private classes, seminars, and workshops, both face-to-face and online, delivered via conferencing platforms such as Google Meet, Skype, and Facebook Live Events.

I reserve the right to cancel an event due to low enrolment or other circumstances that render the event non-viable.
- If an event is cancelled, all registrants will be offered a full refund.
- If an event is postponed, I reserve the right to either:
- Issue a full refund, or
- Transfer the registration to the rescheduled event.
Registration Cancellation by the Participant
Unless otherwise stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for an event registration is 30 business days before the event.
- Cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible for a refund, minus a USD $50 service fee.
- Cancellations received after the deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will not be provided to registrants who fail to attend an event.
Refund Request Process
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] before the deadline.
- Refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.
- The request must include:
- Attendee’s name
- Email address used for booking
- Transaction number
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
These policies apply to all events and live tuition sessions, unless stated otherwise in the specific event details. Please ensure you read all event information carefully.
